- All speakers must be sharing knowledge and experience. There should not be any product specific session. Any product vendor company also preferably come with customer and showcase the customer journey and how their product has helped and not the product features. It should not be a marketing pitch.
- Maximum of 1 speaker and 1 co-speaker will be allowed for each submission.
- Speaker or co-speakers cannot be changed once the video is sent for both the speakers, if selected in the first round. Jury’s Decision is final.
- The selected candidates should ensure that there is good internet connection during the recording. They should also be present for the Q&A session as to be mentioned in the agenda and should also be present during the session for online chat/video chat.
- DOIS21 has the right to publish the papers submitted in future and all sessions will be recorded and published to all participants and others who may want to buy.
- All submissions have to be given on time. The presentations and videos are DOIS property and they can be shared or published in any form commercially giving the author credit.
- The theme is Adopting to Industry Infinity using DevSecOps, SRE, AI/ML, IoT and Data Science. All topics should be related to the theme. AI/ML, IoT and Data Science should be presented as how they have been used in further improving the DevSecOps and SRE implementation, thus enabling better value realization.
- Based on our past experience, more value is given to submissions which is about case studies of how the implementation is done and benefitted the customer/business. Technical presentations can be done showing the usage of technology in co-creating value by the supplier and customer.
- Get your approval, wherever applicable, before submitting. All speakers must submit the final presentation on the day of the recording.
- Some of the speakers may be selected for panel discussions which will be live. Speaker should ensure that they are live during their presentation, during the Q&A session at certain specified time and present live during the panel discussions, if selected. The timings will be told a week in advance. Speakers should be available for the recording, plan for 1 hour time for the recording. Recording will be done through zoom. Separate mail will be sent to selected speakers on the recording rules.

- Each session will be 30 mins. All CFS speakers will be speaking in 2 parallel tracks at any point of time. Recordings of all sessions will be available free to all speakers and registered delegates.
